Forclosures no longer on the rise.

We work with Realtors, property brokers, and mortgage companies to trash out foreclosed homes and properties. We go in and clean out foreclosed homes that have been left trashed or full of unwanted belongings. Unfortunately some homeowners actually trash the property

when they find out they are being foreclosed on in an attempt to exact revenge on the mortgage company. These homes in some cases are  left in uninhabitable conditions. We have seen homes left full of furniture, garbage, and sadly even family pets are sometimes left behind.

Now as you can see we are not realtors but we work closely with them to get these foreclosed homes back in marketable condition. These trash out services have always been around but the need was never so great as it became after the economic downturn and so many people lost their jobs or were laid off. This rise in foreclosures left us with lots of trash outs and clean ups. While we have appreciated the extra work it has been disturbing watching the foreclosure rates continue to rise as so many Americans lost their homes.

The good news over the last few months we have been seeing a noticable decline in the forclosure rates. This seems to be promising news for our economy as we have all waited for the rebound. I am not saying we are in the clear and its all uphill from here. We have not seen an increase in forclosure services and this could be evidence of a turn around.

I called JJ's Services on Monday and had a quote for a retaining walll by Tuesday. By the end of the month, the entire project was done and it is beautiful!
